2020 Photo Contest
Digital Download Fundraiser
This year Friends of Huntley Meadows Park (FOHMP) is offering digital downloads of photos as a premium for donations made to the photo show, which is running December 7, 2020 through January 2021. Digital files will be delivered to donors at the end of January.
After an individual has donated and selected their premium, a FOHMP volunteer will reach out via email to each photographer to get the appropriate file sizes. FOHMP volunteers will email the proper files to the donors.
Photo contest entrants may opt to not to participate in the digital download fundraiser. If you do choose to participate, please:
- Provide digital files at 300 ppi.
- Select which download sizes you can provide for the fundraiser in the entry survey. You may offer a photo at a single size or at multiple sizes.
- Screen Size (suitable for computer backgrounds, including 4k monitors)
- Small Size (printable up to 8x12”)
- Medium Size (printable up to 16x24”)
- Large Size (printable up to 24x36”)
- Our recommended donation amount to receive a premium is listed below for each size. If you would prefer your photo be offered at a different donation price-point, please tell us in your entry.

- Be prepared to email or upload to Dropbox (or other file sharing site) the digital files at the end of January 2021. Details on the best way to provide files will come in January.
